Distilled water helps me to take a lot of capsules every day
There are many choices of water, but which water is best for my needs? I’ve decided to use distilled water. These are my reasons.
I take a lot pills every day. A lot means almost 50 pills daily. That’s a lot. I do not have much choice, but to get down all of these pills without getting to sick to take them.
For example, I have gotten osteoporosis and have needed to swallow calcium pills each day
Due to some of the medications I have had to take, I now have other aliments. I have to swallow more pills that treat these side-effects. For example, I developed osteoporosis and have had to get down calcium pills each day.This resulted from all of the Prednisone, because I have had Crohns for two decades. As a result, I am required to swallow an extra couple of calcium osteoporosis supplements to help with my osteoporosis. That’s why I must swallow so many more pills than most people. While doing this, I cannot help but notice chemical smell of our tap water.
I’m not sure why, but my county seems to have water with a very high content of chlorine. I can taste it easily. Quality reports come with the water bill that indicate the district’s water has chemicals added for many reasons. These chemicals worry me.
Of course, some chemicals would be there, because the water flows over rocks. But, some of the other stuff is shocking. The water authority serves so many people, and they have to make sure that the local water supply is safe to drink. Read the water analyses that come with your water bill, since they can be very informative. I almost don’t want to know, but I’m actually glad I read them.

Several years ago my uncle arrived for a holiday and we had a conversation about water purity. He is on the road quite a bit, and he said that he usually brings distilled and purified water.
