These my tips on losing weight this is a list of things that work for me. As I find more programs that work for me I will add them to this site so that you all can check them out!

  • Eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of three large meals
  • My wife dances while she does chores
  • Walking faster at work
  • Taking a walk in the morning before I do anything else ( this is my number one favorite and I have found it works best for me)
  • Stay away from energy drinks they are packed with unwanted sugar and empty calories
  • I make my lunch for work the day before because I have found if I make it in the morning I tend to just put a bunch of crap in it because I am in a hurry.When I make it the night before I tend to make much better healthier choices.
  • Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot.  We burn calories on our way there and get our heart rate up even before we eat.After dinner we walk home and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
  • DO NOT go to the grocery store hungry.  I tend to buy more junk food just cause I am hungry.
