Bollywood sex symbol and Big Brother star Shilpa Shetty has just launched 3 medispas in Mumbia with the goal of passing on her previously guarded beauty secrets to others. The beauty queen would like everyone to benefit from her beauty tips and achieve the same radiance and glowing skin she has.
By blogging on her personal website, Shilpa has given everyone a good understanding of what she has been up to. She has been working very hard doing publicity filming in and around India to promote her new initiative. She says that although the added work is hard, it is worth following her dream for. “it’s a dream that I’ve always wanted to come true. Somewhere at the bottom of my heart, I always wanted to have my own spa and salon”.
Shilpa’s spas will have some of the best nutritionists, dieticians, skin care and fitness experts around and will be a friendly and welcoming environment for young people as well as old. She has outlined that her overall ambition would be “Wellness India” but the initiative will also target people who are having difficulty losing wight and keeping it off.
The holistic approach that is being taken by Shilpa works on the idea that if someone is healthy and feeling good on the inside, this will be reflected on the outside and people will look better for it. This is what she has been putting in practice for the majority of her life and there is no doubt that she looks good for it. She also states that she is no stranger to a spa treatment and says you have to give yourself a bit of pampering every now and again. Shipa is optimistic that people will be enthusiastic about the initiative and energised about its potential. There is an element of “uncertainty” however that is playing on Shilpa’s mind she admits, as this is something very new for her and she is in uncharted territory.
